Features of the SF module
Module specifications can be selected according to purpose
- Available in both cartridge and multi-element configurations. Various membrane areas can be selected, from a single housing to a tank type with a maximum of 55 tanks (385 ㎡). When replacing the product, the membrane element portion can be replaced. The housing can continue to be used.
- Hollow fiber material and separation performance (pore size) can be selected according to the purpose. (Please consult us for the combination.)
- Pore size / molecular weight (MW) cutoff: MW 13,000 to 0.45 μm
Proprietary Design and Cleaning Method
- The "one end free structure" prevents dirt from accumulating. In addition, the proprietary air backwashing method enables more effective cleaning, helping maintain filtration performance. Little or no permeate is used during backwashing, resulting in a high recovery rate. Pumps and tanks for permeate backwash are not required, which reduces equipment costs and saves space.
Hot Water Filtration Capability
- The element uses a heat-resistant type as standard, enabling hot water filtration and membrane cleaning at temperatures up to 90°C.
