Separation Characteristics

High-Temperature Filtration
- Heat-resistant specifications are lined up. Filtration at 90°C is also possible.

- The ML module uses a cartridge system, allowing you to replace only the element. This reduces running costs.

Alternative to Heat Treatment
- Heating food may change its flavor. Membrane filtration is widely used as a method for bacteria removal and clarification that requires no heat treatment.

- Compared to diatomite filtration, membrane filtration offers the following advantages: (1) less waste such as filter media, (2) no need to manage precoating or filter bed conditions, reducing labor, (3) higher filtration precision for reliable removal of unwanted substances, and (4) reduced backwash drain volume.
