Features of the GS Module
Hydrophilic PVDF Membrane
- Polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF) offers excellent chemical resistance and strength. With hydrophilic treatment (PVA coating) applied, the membrane resists fouling effectively.
Proprietary Design and Cleaning Method
- The "one end free structure" prevents the buildup of fouling. In addition, the proprietary air backwashing method enables more effective cleaning and maintains filtration performance. Little or no permeate is used during backwashing, resulting in high water recovery rates.
[Example] Raw water: groundwater, flow rate: 2.5 m³/h, turbidity: 2–4 NTU, backwash interval: once every 30 min → recovery rate: 97.6%
Compact and Cost-Effective
- At approximately 1 m in length, it can be handled by one person. The cartridge system also allows you to replace only the element (inner component), which is compatible with the SL module. This reduces running costs.
