High Permeability
- Proprietary membrane manufacturing technology enables three times higher water permeability than our conventional products.
- High flow rate operation is possible at low filtration pressure.
High Strength and Chemical Resistance
- Proprietary hydrophilic PVDF membrane is used. Excellent strength characteristics and chemical resistance allow for long-term use.
- The resin housing can be used for seawater and raw water with high salt concentration.
High Turbidity Resistance
- The one ended free structure, in which the lower part of the element is not fixed, prevents particles from depositing between the hollow fibers.
- By combining bubbling from the bottom with bubbling from the center distributor inside the element, the entire module can be cleaned efficiently.
High Water Recovery Rate
- The backwash method [air backwash method] using compressed air reduces the amount of backwash water and enables operation with a high recovery rate.
Typical operating conditions: Recovery rate 98.7% (at a filtration flow rate of 5 ㎥ / h and backwash interval of 30 minutes) - No backwash pump and filtered water tank for backwash are required, which saves space in the facility.
