High Separation Performance
For turbidity removal and wastewater applications, we offer hollow fiber membranes with a pore size of 0.02 μm. For pure water applications, membranes with a MW cutoff of 5,000 or 13,000 are available. Together, they meet the high separation performance demanded by the electronics and semiconductor industry.
Handling High-SS Wastewater
In the electronics and semiconductor industry, it is necessary to treat high-SS wastewater such as slurry wastewater and effluent from polishing processes. High Water Recovery Rate
In the electronics and semiconductor industries, wastewater from membrane filtration facilities must be reduced as much as possible and the water recovery rate, which is the percentage of permeate water, must be increased. Kuraray's air backwashing technology does not use permeate to clean membranes, which significantly reduces wastewater and allows for more efficient use of water.
